As we grow and gain a better understanding of the Law of Attraction and Oneness, embrace our responsibility for the co-creation of our life and accept our role in bringing about change to ourselves, we are opening pathways that allow personal growth to unfold naturally and stepping towards restoring balance in our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.

Your belief or understanding of how thoughts and words manifest into things, situations or a specific outcome, may be based on quantum physics and science or spiritual (“Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours. Mark 11:24).  Regardless of your belief, it is just that, “belief” that is the key element. Now add in your experience and knowledge of how we create new, positive habits through commitment and practice and you’re ready to get started, ready to manifest your life.

As you commence your I AM journey, remember, each time you state “I AM”, whether silent or spoken, life is given to your words and thoughts.  Therefore we must be mindful of what we say and think --  we manifest what we say we want, and we manifest what we say we don’t want. When we express ourselves in a negative fashion, we draw the exact opposite of what we desire into our lives.

Bootcamp For Your Subconscious - Let's Get Started!!

For the next 40 days, journal or write your Daily I AM.  Don’t skip a day. Be honest. It’s okay to repeat statements of gratitude and intentions. However if you’re typing instead of handwriting, don’t copy and paste anything. It’s like going to the gym, you have to do the reps to get the results and practice perfecting your form everyday.  Commit to the time and don’t rush it.  It may take 15 minutes or perhaps 30 or so.  It will bring about change!

Start with statements of gratitude.  Through our expressing gratitude, our energy level and spirit are automatically lifted and lightened.  This self-reflection process shines the light on our many blessings, helping us to see how much we truly have to be grateful for.

           A few examples:

           I intend that…..

I am grateful for great health, my loving husband and children, family, friends and the love we all share.

I am grateful for the blessings of a home that provides us with shelter, foods that provide us with nourishment and clothing that protects our bodies.

Then write about your desires; career, relationships, health, prosperity….any life situation where you desire a change, growth or an increase of abundance. Be specific and descriptive. As you form your thoughts and words, you’re saying “YES” to being a co-creator of your life.  Thus moving from “affirmation” to “a-form-ation”.   

I intend that…..

I am in perfect, excellent physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.

I am receiving revenues and monies from expected and unexpected sources, providing more than enough to pay, play and share.

I am meeting the ideal person, having the ideal conversation where they learn more about my business expertise and talents, which are exactly what an associate of theirs needs for a position they are looking to fill, who calls and arranges for our introduction, which leads to a mutually profitable employment agreement.

I am happy, kind, loving and respectful of others.

Close your journaling with a statement that expresses your understanding of the “the big picture” and how it relates to our synchronistic co-existence with everyone, everywhere.

I am making these intentions, grateful for the manifestation of intentions created in previous days, accepting of any adjustments necessary for their being received and manifested for the Highest Good of the Universe, the Highest Good of myself, and everyone everywhere. And So It Is! So Be It!!

Then read your I AM’s out loud, forming each gratitude and intention into “the spoken word”. 

For the first few days, re-read previous daily entries before starting to journal, focusing on how and what you are feeling, particularly in your heart (make notes if you wish).  Did you write in the present? Did you write of doubts and fears or of faith and love? Do you need to re-form any words or statements?

On the 12th day, randomly select 1 or 2 days for review and reflection. Be an objective observer, detaching emotionally, not judging or criticizing your self.  Are you “forming” with some consistency? Are you seeing any patterns?

At the 21st day, schedule enough time to re-read all preceding days, doing so out loud. Again, bringing focus to how and what you feel.  For example, I must admit I was a little downhearted on my 21st day and felt “doubt” as I started to read.  However, as I continued, I found myself speaking more clearly, with greater volume and a stronger commitment to what I was speaking.  With each gratitude and intention spoken, I felt a deeper knowingness of the strength growing within me and had a clearer vision of the changes being created through my Daily I AM practice.

On the 40th day, again schedule time for review and self-observation. What new habits have you created? Where has greater abundance and change unfolded in your life situations? Do you have any different perspectives on your life and life situations? Do you find that when a challenging situation arises, that I AM statements you’ve created come to mind, helping you to see or hear solutions with greater ease?  What about your overall mood, any changes?

We all have within us the ability to bring about enduring change in our lives.  The possibilities are limitless.
