HealthHomeAndHarmony.com went live in April ’06.  It grows and grows as life's journey continues......

I’ve been described as “a certified passionate lover of life” and I believe it is true.  The Spirit of the Butterfly Series and Sentiments from the Heart by Tina Marie speak of my aspiration for complete, unconditional love, whether it is of self or others, of embracing growth, change and quest for inner peace.  They are also a reflection of the peace and happiness that can be discovered through faith, friendship and loving support, once we are open to their presence and trust in their sincerity.

I’m grateful for moments spent sharing and learning life stories of others and believe there’s great merit in this as a growing and healing process.  I certainly do not wish to claim I know all the answers, however, my 52 years of life with experience as a mother, now grandmother, sister, daughter, wife, friend, coworker, manager, director of marketing, fitness trainer, Reiki Master, Pranic Healing Practitioner and Certified Holistic Life Coach were filled with “lessons” as I’m sure were yours!

Performing plays in the backyard for our mothers, lip-syncing songs and dancing believing we were "all that", sketching holiday scenes on windows, designing backdrops for school productions, choreographing and teaching fitness classes, developing marketing plans, advertising campaigns, websites and budgets throughout my careers, making home “feel” like home, creating treasured “life sharing” moments with my sons, granddaughter, family and friends, and now HealthHomeAndHarmony.com, Sentiments from the Heart by Tina Marie, the Spirit of the Butterfly series, Genuine Beach Glass Designs and A Moment to Ponder.  As far back as I can remember, I loved to create.  My writings and designs are truly from my heart.  I'm honored to have the opportunity to share my creative passions with you. As my site grows and evolves, it will offer information and products that are geared towards giving a more calming and less stressful life environment. Its design is to promote good choices for a lifetime of self-respect and healthy living.

We all want to feel and look young, to be healthy and vibrant. Typically, human nature is to wait until something happens that we perceive as negative, whether it's of mind, body or spirit, before we decide to take action. In order to maximize our youthfulness, the earlier in life we begin to maintain ourselves the easier and more effective it is to benefit from the results. Although we cannot turn back the clock, our bodies & minds have an amazing ability to heal and rejuvenate.
