I am rich in the wonders of the Earth.

Earth Blessings
In nature, I am reminded of God's wonder. I feel a commitment and desire to do all I can to sustain the health of Mother Earth. From a place of stewardship and love, I know I can effect change.

Each day, I am grateful for the ways my life is enriched by the earth. Through my actions, I honor and respect her. Every time I nurture and love myself and others, I extend the same love and support to Mother Earth.

Her ability to survive and thrive is apparent as I lovingly work the soil or sink my feet into the sand. The pulsating energy of Spirit is alive in her. I am comforted by that knowledge. In awareness of her splendor, I silently express joy and thanks to God.

The light of God expreses perfectly as me and as you.

Pray for Others
I love to be of help, but sometimes I may feel powerless to help a loved one who is going through a difficult challenge. In those times, the greatest gift I can give is to see the truth of who my dear one is, a perfect expression of the light of God.

In my prayers, I close my eyes to appearances and perceive with the faith that is within me. I see my loved one as an expression of perfect life that provides healing energy to the mind, body and soul. My beloved is open and receptive to the wisdom of God within, who whispers the answer to every question and provides the supply for our every need.

This is the truth about my loved ones and me, and about every being on the plant.

I am grateful!

Thank You!
Starting the day in gratitude, my first prayer is Thank You, God! I am grateful for beauty and love, for surprises and excitement, for friendship and community, and for the presence of God in all.

Even if I may be going through a challenging experience, I am grateful, for I know that good will come from it. Will I learn of inner strength that I didn't know I had? Will I gain a renewed appreciation for my life and the people in it?

I am grateful for my present circumstances, for I know they offer opportunities for growth. I thank God for the life I have been given and the life I am creating by seeing the good in all that comes before me.

Through Christ in me, I am Free

Free
Through Christ in me, I am free. The truth of a familiar hymn fills me with thanksgiving for my freedom: "I am free. I am unlimited. There are no chains that bind me." The Christ Spirit within frees me. Knowing this, I experience a sense of completeness and well-being. I realize the blessing that my openness brings me. Through Christ in me, I am free to think and act. I explore my feelings and intentions without repression so that I am the complete individual I was created to be. I follow my inner guidance, which may not be what others think or say I should do. I am free to be the magnificent creation of God I was meant to be. Through prayer and meditation, I experience spiritual freedom. Right now--this is the moment--I am free from past dependencies and habits and from all restrictive ideas. I am free!

Giving expression to the love of God within me, I bless my heart.

Heart Blessing
As strong and reliable as my heart is, my feelings have an incrediblie impact on it. So I know not to hold stressful thoughts or fellings in my mind and heart.

My heart is a physical expression of my consciousness. When I feel positive emotions as I share a tender moment with someone or I am alone in serene meditation, this precious organ is calm. It reltes with mind and body in health, renewing ways.

My love and intuition are heart-connected. Adn so I practice loving, positive thinking and acting. I forgive othrs, and I also forgive myself. I give expression to the love of God within me.

With each thought and action, I bless my heart and at the same time, I am also blessing others in a heartfelt way.

I live in an abundant world and trust God to reveal my good to me.

Affirm Prosperity
Faced with an economic challege such as a job loss or an unexpected financial need, I waste no time with thoughts of lack. I move right into God's creative flow of abundance so that I move forward in realizing my full potential.

Because I am a receptive channel for God's abundance, I draw my good to me. In unlimited ways, I use my inner resources of divine ideas and infinite intelligence. These resources support me as I move through the decisions and actions that lie ahead.

The present situation is ripe with opportunity. I am ready to accomplish great things and to realize the prosperity that is always available to me. The kingdom of God is my absolute reality, right here and now.

We are whole -- mind, body and soul.

Affirm Wholeness
As I grow in awareness of my own spiritual wholeness, I have a desire to be of support to others. I can be a partner in healing by visiting a friend or caring for a family member. I can assist a member of my community who is in need of help. I receive a blessing from blessing others.

By offering words of encouragement or providing information on available resources, I am of valuable support. I may help with physical chores, errands and other matters that put minds and hearts at ease.

Of course, the greatest assistance I can offer anyone is my prayerful connection with the presence of God, the essence of all life and the source of all wellness. As I affirm wholeness in prayer, I support all in being well and free -- mind, body and soul.
